Summary : Budgeted at a whopping 20 billion won, the 2010 blockbuster period drama Kim Su Ro is the first Korean drama to cover the founding myth of the state of Gaya which existed in first century AD during the Three Kingdoms period. Ji Sung stars as the eponymous king who legend says descended from the heavens, and eventually rose to the throne of Geumgwan Gaya and united the Gaya city-states. Ji Sung's Swallow the Sun co-star Yoo Oh Sung and Go Joo Won (The King and I) play his main rivals, while Seo Ji Hye (Over the Rainbow) is the female lead, the first queen of Gaya.
